What is Admast Media Management System?
Our Media Management System is a web-based marketing management tool that allows you to build schedules and automatically price advertisements for thousands of media titles. It's also possible to view schedules of past, present and future adverts as well as dispatch adverts directly to the press via Adfast. A wide range of reports are available which link directly into our database, ensuring that all information is constantly up to date.

The system is designed to optimise efficiency and save you time - no more chasing for URNs or dealing with unwanted calls from media reps.


Who should use the system?
The system would ideally suit businesses with an advertising spend of over £50,000 per year, but could be used by companies of any size. Each user can be set-up with different access levels based on individual requirements. This can range from full access through to schedules or reports only.


Why is the system free?
By booking the advertisements on your behalf Admast simply earn a commission from the media owners. This means that you pay the same (or less) than you were paying previously.


How many users can I have on the system?
We have no limit to the number of users that have access to the system. If you require more users just ask and we'll be happy to add them for you (or show you how to add them yourself).
Do I require any hardware to use the system?
No special software is required to use this system, you only need a PC or Mac with access to the internet. The system runs in all modern browsers including Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari and Google Chrome.


Is there any training required?
The system is simple and very easy to use. A demo can be organised and further support given via telephone, email or in person as required.


Is the system secure?
The system is protected by your personal username and password.

Our server is commercially hosted by a Newcastle based company who employ electricity failure UPS and a back-up generator with the capability of a 30 second start up. The server employs a Raid array with a second mirrored hard drive. All this means that if there is a failure at any point we can have the system up and running again very quickly.

Bandwidth - our arrangement with the server hosts provides a flexible solution to match the requirements of traffic. Hardware capabilities and bandwidth are monitored and reviewed on a 'needs must' basis.

No transactions take place on the system and invoices are sent separately to your accounts department.
